Discord-Minecraft account linking plugin: a fully-configurable Discord embed with a Link button, /link in-game generates a code, submit it via Discord slash command to complete linking. Configurable in-game rewards (commands executed on link), admin commands to edit embed/rewards, and lookup tools to find anyone's linked Discord/Minecraft username.
